installing program updates is stuck at 10%

Turbo Tax 2024 will not finish installing the program updates. It is stuck at 10% and will not progress any further and I tried restarting my computer several times and it makes no difference.

Yes it does and it installed the updates before but now it is stuck at 10% and now I cannot not open turbo tax.
