Installation of TurboTax Home & Business 2024 Tax Software, Federal & State Tax Return [PC/MAC Download]

On Amazon I've recently paid for the following (2) software products

1. TurboTax Premier 2024 Tax Software, Federal & State Tax Return [PC/MAC Download]
2. TurboTax Home & Business 2024 Tax Software, Federal & State Tax Return [PC/MAC Download]

I've downloaded and installed the TurboTax Premier 2024 s/w and have had no issues with this starting a new tax file, etc.

The issue I'm having is that when I'm directed to the www.InstallTurboTax.com link, and after selecting the TurboTax Home & Business link (and Windows O/S), I then name the file something unique, it downloads. The file is exactly the same size as the Premier version and when I open this exe it is in fact the same s/w as the TurboTax Premier. I've tried in incognito window, tried to download to a brand new folder, in all cases the link seems to incorrectly be downloading the Premier s/w vs the Home and Business s/w that I need. 

I've been using both turbotax products on my computer for years now and I've never had this issue, can someone take a closer look and correct the link or send us the correct link to download the Home & Business edition? I have no idea about the other products, they may also have issues, please check these for your other TTax members.

You can’t have 2 personal products for the same year installed.  I think you mean the separate Business program but bought Home & Business.   You need to get a refund for Home & Business and buy Turbo Tax business.

Home & Business is the same as Premier just with more program help for Schedule C self employment.   All the Desktop personal programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions. 

But if you really want to have 2 personal programs,  

There is a way to have 2 licenses. Under Help - Switch Product - Activate new product.  Don't know what that will do or what benefit you will get.  Don't think it will allow you to efile more than 5.

You are correct, I downloaded the incorrect business edition. I purchased the 2024 TurboTax Business edition and can use both TurboTax Premier and this one together, thank you!!
