Information in Box number 19 is missing for local amount. Can I still continue to file?

Page is cut off.  There was an amount just missing because of damage to paper

Ask your employer for another copy or what is missing.

You can file, but you risk a delayed refund by filing tax forms that do not match what is on file.   As suggested above, take the time to verify the amounts with your employer before filing.   Sometimes, those delays can be long, so avoid them if possible.   You also run the risk of having to amend your tax returns, which would result in even further delays.
