Independent contractor didn't pay taxes

My husband received his green card in March and worked independently without paying taxes. How do we file?

To use TurboTax at this site, you must upgrade to Self Employed.

Unless you are eligible for Earned Income Credit, you will have to use the Self Employed version of TurboTax.
