It appears Form 8959 line 8 is double what it should be... it is suppose to pull the amount from line 6 on Schedule SE but it is doubling that number when it is transferred to form 8959. How do we notify TurboTax of this error ?

@shmc - suggest calling the Customer Service number, but I would wait until after JAnuary 5....that form is not yet available for efile and Schedule SE won't be available until Jan 5th either. Let's see if they fix it prior to the final release of the form as many of the incomplete forms have bugs and errors at this point.
ps I use those forms and while I am not impacted by the bug, I do see what you are talking about..... it's doubled on mine as well.
