Incorecctly charged

First of all, getting in contact with turbotax is absolutely ridiculous which makes me NEVER want to deal with them again. For the last couple hours now, I've been trying to use the "live help" option and nothing. I've been using them for 4 years and haven't had a problem but now that something is wrong, there's NO ONE to talk to. It's beyond frustrating and I have a pretty simple question, which shouldn't even matter when talking about customer service availability. I got charged $29 today and I did my taxes 2-3 months ago. This is obviously wrong. Please assist, thanks.
