Incarcerated my mom has power of attorney

I’m incarcerated and my mom has power of attorney how does she file my income tax ? There is a question that says is this person incarcerated

If she marks the box in the Personal Info section indicating that the person filing is currently incarcerated, TurboTax asks for their "assigned ID number", such as an inmate ID number, to be entered in a field provided.

See this discussion thread for additional information. If the Power of Attorney is not an IRS form, the return should be printed and mailed with the power of attorney form attached.
