Depends.  Are you including it in your income?  Then you can expense it as taxes on schedule C line 23.  Or if you don't report it in income you can't expense it.

Thanks. I have it as part of my income. I knew it's schedule C but I don't know where is that section in Turbotax

from a purely possibility of getting audited perspective, I think reporting gross is better than reporting net.   and you should use a separate banking account for your business.
