In using the online version of TuboTax, my medical expenses are showing as more than $500k before I entered anything. Seems to be a bug of some sort?

Can you clarify? Where exactly in TurboTax Online are you seeing this amount for medical expenses? Is it possible you are seeing your Adjusted Gross Income, which is on line 2 of Schedule A and used to calculate the amount of medial expenses that are deductible.

So sorry. It turns out I simply "fat-fingered" a number when entering a SSA amount which threw it way off. All is good now. Thanks for the reply, David D66!
