In tools I delete form but when I click file it shows corrections for info on deleted form. It deleted the info not form. How do I remove it completely so I can efile?

Those are the instructions I followed that did not work. I have followed them 4 times now and the form is still in my return.

After you have deleted the form, please log completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. You may also want to try a different browser.
