How to enter 1095A without premium?
Premium was paid by a special HSA funded by a former employer as part of a retirement agreement. It is not included in income and I cannot deduct the premium as a medical expense, but it does show up on the 1095A.

In this case, since you did not receive the Advanced Premium Tax Credit and your employer paid the premiums, do not enter the 1095-A information in TurboTax (You can indicate that it is a SHOP plan on the page that asks what type of 1095-A/insurance you had). Keep a copy with your tax records.
