Income reported on 2016. It asked "do these still apply?". Does that mean changing the 2016 or the same wages carries to 2017?

In this case, "Do these still apply?" means "Do the 2016 sources of income apply to 2017 as well?" If so, TurboTax will transfer the same sources in an effort to make it easier for you to update the amounts for each source. However, you will still need to ensure you update all the amounts for 2017 and perform a final review to ensure you have reported all your 2017 income.
