In the Turbo tax software , I hv imported previous year Tax returns however I dont see an option to update the SSN . My Son got SSN this year, earlier we were using ITIN

Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen.  Edit the dependent and enter the SS number.

Thats the problem, There is no input box for SSN on that edit dependent page.

You have to go through all the screens when editing the dependent.  On the very last screen for the dependent will be the screen for entering the SS number.

I am using their software , which seems to be buggy.  It is missing the box for SSN.

@saraswat_sachin You have to complete the entire dependent section before the screen for entering a Social Security number will be shown to you.
