In the past I have received Estimated Tax Payment vouchers after submitting my return. This year I don't have them. Wondering why?

Go to Personal (not Personal Information)

then to Other Tax Situations

scroll down to Other Tax Forms

then go to W-4 and estimates and you do the 2019 estimates tax projections for 2019 here.
