In the begining of filing for my taxes it showed that i was recieving $4030 for my child and its not shown in my refund amount

You get a $4,050 exemption for each dependent. It is not added on to your refund.  Exemptions are subtracted from your income before the tax is calculated so you get taxed on a lower amount.

No you don't it get it back.  It is not added on to your refund or included.  It just means the first 4,050 of your income is not taxed.
