In my box 10 and 11 there is no amount but turbo tax want a number other than 0

The fields should have been left blank. If you cannot delete the zeroes during the error check, then enter the words retirement income in the Find box in the upper right and hit enter.

Click on the Jump To below to get back to edit the 1099-R and delete the zeroes.
