In general, you don't attach documents with your federal return when you e-file.  When you file by mail you may need to attach your Form W2s and 1099.

Occasionally, its necessary to send follow-up documents with your tax return when you e-file (i.e. for certain stock sales and charitable contributions).  However, TurboTax is not set up to allow attachments to your e-file.  You would be prompted to fill out Form 8453 and send the documents after filing by mail.  But, if you needed to do this, TurboTax would have prompted you to do so and it would be on your filing instructions page.
