in Deductions & Credits there is no Estimates and Other Taxes Paid section? Also there is no button 'i will choose what I work on' that ai help suggested?

"choose what to work on" is for desktop I think which just has a simpler navigation to the list of categories

if you are using Online version, from the left menu you should have Deductions & Credits Summary and then from that screen you probably have an "add more tax breaks" button which will then show the list of sections below and you can scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid section; or put "Estimated Tax" into the search box.
