In box 1 of my W2 are my wages minus my 401k contribution. My contribution to my HSA, through my employer, are not being subtracted from my wages. How do I correct this?

All employer and employee contributions to an HSA plan should be recorded in box 12 of the W-2 with a code W.
If you employer included the contributions in box 1 wages, then contact the employer for a corrected W-2. Your pre-tax contributions should be excluded from boxes 1, 3 and 5.
