Received an email to review messages, no expert assigned, no way to review the "message" from my expert...very frustrated and disappointed in TurboTax, your customer service and any ability to fix my issues. John (tax expert) I spoke to on the phone tried last night and I almost think the message may be from him. No way to verify I cannot get to messages.
