In 2018 Taxpayer was paid as contractor when they should have been an employee 1099 issued. In 2019 "error" corrected and Co said they'd reimburse SE taxes pd.
Will reimbursement be non taxable "other compensation" or taxable as additional W-2 wages to the now employee?

That reimbursement will be earned income and will be taxable and reported on your W-2.
