Importing tax return

I have been trying to import last year's return and it says it has been imported but I am having to enter all my information and none of last years data is showing up. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I have started over 4 times so far.

Try to login to your turbotax online account. Look for an option like Transfer last year's data during the setup or in the file menu.Browse to your 2023 data file and follow the prompts to import.
