I'm using TT Premier Desktop 2023. I've imported my brokerage forms from Betterment, Wealthfront and Morgan Stanley and filled out the 1099-DIV section but they each keep disappearing. Anyone else having this issue?
For example, I imported Betterment's tax forms and went through the 1099-DIV section. My tax refund amount changed, so I know it was reflected. I got to the summary page ("Here's the dividend info we have so far") and saw that Betterment's information was there. Next, I imported Wealthfront's tax forms and went through the 1099-DIV section. My tax refund amount changed. When I finished Wealthfront and went to the 1099-DIV summary section, Wealthfront was shown, but the Betterment info I had input in the previous steps had disappeared! So I re-entered Betterment, and the tax refund amount changed back to what it was previously (after Betterment, but before Wealthfront). Then when I got to the summary, Wealthfront had disappeared.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a workaround? I am clicking "Add another broker or payer" each time, NOT edit, so it must be a glitch of some sort and it's driving me crazy. Both Wealthfront and Betterment's forms are really long with hundreds of transactions, so typing in manually is not an option.
