Import problem from Etrade & Merill

Both sites (E-trade and Merill) even after login, with right login-passwd, it keep searching, then goes back to login screen, without any error. Never import. Never show import screen ?

Is it number of trades max or any other error issue at Turbo tax site

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anvi-Virus is turned off.

Call options have a cost basis of $0 on the 1099B. Turbo tax imports the amount as blank and requires a review. Is there a way to correct or work around this.
