Is there a fix for Win 11 desktop version import of information? - Merrill Lynch in my case. Getting “Error For site owner: invalid key type” message when attempting import. Have used Turbo Tax for years and never had problem. Appears many other are experiencing same with no obvious solution to date.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

Issue appears to have been rectified. Best guess how - the files, while appearing on the investment firm site when I logged in, were not ready for download.
