The Desktop program still has the 1099 as before. It hasn't changed on my Windows Home & Business, I can do them 2 ways either online or inside the program. Are you using the Desktop Home & Business program OR the Online Premium version? You said you're using the new online turbo tax. Online doesn't have a H&B version.
Although you have not been able to send 1099s to your people for many years, if that's what you are referring to.
