Are you self-employed and have a net profit?  Then you probably owe Self-Employment taxes.
Look at your tax return.  Form 1040 Line 57
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen.  Click on Tools.  Click on View Tax Summary.  Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

I have self employment from lyft add uber but it says I had no income from it for what i earned compared to expenses i guess. And it doesnt gice me the option to view a 1040 it only says "which 1040 form to file"

Did you try the procedure to preview the Form 1040?  That procedure would not even ask you "which 1040 form to file".
You have signed onto the 2017 online account and returned to the 2017 online tax return, correct?

What does that mean

Im trying to verify why it is showing I owe taxes. I should not owe anything?

A blank Line 57 means that you do not owe Self Employment taxes.
Look at Line 43 and Line 44 and Line 63.  Line 43 is your taxable income and Line 44 is the taxes owed on that income and Line 63 is your Total Tax.  Then look at Line 74 which is your total tax payments.  If Line 74 is less than Line 63 then the difference is the amount you owe in federal taxes, as shown on Line 78.

Then you should have a tax refund of $4,203 which should be shown on Line 75
