im trying to see what status to file under my situation im single and take care of my two younger brothers and do I qualify for EIC how will I know and how much EIC will be for each brother

Do brothers live with you? What about your parents?  Whose home is it?

There is not a specific EIC for each brother. It is based on filing status, income and number of dependents.

Your marital status is Single. Your filing status is Head of Household. But you must enter the dependents first.
