Im notified at final step that Turbotax can not e-file my return bc IRS made changes in my tax situation. Should there be a fee Now to mail my return since I can't efile?

I wanted to deduct fee from refund, but unable now since I can't efile. Should there still be a fee since I must mail me return. And don't receive the convenience of efile

Yes, there should still be a fee. The fee you pay in TurboTax Online is not an e-file fee. When using TurboTax Online, you are paying to prepare your tax return regardless of whether you e-file or file by mail.

Well there won't be the Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California) to deduct it from your refund since you have to pay upfront with a credit card to print.   So at least you will save that fee.

@VolvoGirl Thanks for the response.  I have a income on a 1099(misc)"self employment" & I also indicated I have other income which isn't on a W2 or 1099. When I select to efile. An box appears states : I have undocumented income, which causes my tax situation to change & I am unable to efile.
