Im needing to print off my return because the irs isnt going to reissue me a ip pin number it was sent to another address so the only way i can file is through mail

How do i print off my return on turbo tax if its only stating oops when i press the down load button

It seems as though you are trying to print the return from your timeline. The return you print from the timeline is to be kept for your records, or for anything other than mailing it in to the IRS. 

To file your retunr by mail:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax Online return and click to continue the return.
2. Click on the File tab and you’ll get to the [Your name], just (…) more steps and we'll file your returns screen.
3. Complete Steps 1 and 2 if you haven’t already done so, then click Start next to Step 3.
4. On the Let’s get ready to e-file screen, select File by mail, then on the pop-up screen make sure you select File by mail for federal and all of your states.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to print your return.

If you’ve elected to pay the TurboTax fees through your refund, the File by Mail option won’t be available. Change your payment method, return, and follow the steps.

Important: To prevent identity theft, we recommend that you mail your return from a post office or give it directly to your mail carrier.
