Im leaving the country and i no longer plan to work for my current employer or in the USA, heading back home to EU. Should i fill out my tax return differently in anyway?

You will need to file the 2018 return per your filing status, and if you expect a refund , keep your bank account open for at least six months. Also consider  using an US address ( a friend's one perhaps) so the IRS can communicate with you( if  need be).
