Im at the payment section and am being charged for filings which came with cd purchase.?

Using the Desktop (CD/Download) platform, you will be asked to pay for a state e-filing if that applies in your situation.  Federal e-filing is free on both platforms.  And your CD will include one free state tax preparation program.  However, there is an additional charge to e-file that state return.  

You can always print and mail your state return for no additional charge.

Thanks for trying to help but I’m being asked to pay $40 for the federal and $40 for the state after paying $55 for the cd. So something is wrong.

@kev838683 Definitely something wrong.  What has likely happened is that you purchased the CD (and I'm sure installed it), but you're actually "in" the Online platform.  

The platforms are separate and distinct.  Can you tell me where you purchased your CD?  Since it sounds like you're all the way through the Deluxe Online interview, you may be able to return your CD for a refund.
