Im 19 and still under mother's health insurance, but am not a dependent of hers, i pay my rent and no longer stay with her, do I put insured or uninsured for insurance?

You are considered insured for 2018. It doesn't matter if you had your own insurance policy or not. You just need to answer yes that you had insurance for all of 2018 and you are done with the health care section.
