The program maybe stuck in a loop. If using TurboTax Online, try clearing your cache and cookies and see if that corrects the issue. If it does not, you can preview the Illinois return and verify that information has transferred over from your interview questions correctly. If everything looks correct, you can continue to the file section and submit your return even if you are getting a needs review notification.
