IHSS EIN issue

My wife receives IHSS for caring for our disabled child, she received a W-2 that shows our child's name as the "employer name" and an "employer's state ID number" of "0". TurboTax will not allow us to e-file with a "0" or a blank in this field. Please advise.

I would delete what you have entered and re-enter it according to these instructions: How do I enter my tax-exempt Medicaid waiver payments from IHSS in TurboTax?
