When ready 2 file, TurboTax included Estimated Payment for 2019. Husband was only a self-employed realtor for 5 months of 2018. Does IRS still require estimated payments?

If your husband produces self-employed income in 2019, you'll need to make estimated payments to cover the taxes on that income.  

If there won't be any self-employed income, no payments are necessary.
