How do I report my dependents income when she is a full time student?

If your daughter qualifies as your dependent, she will need to file her own return if she is required to file, or if she would like to receive any refund that she is due. You would not claim her income on your return.  If she files her own return, she will need to indicate that she can be claimed as a dependent by someone else.
