I can't get ahold of Turbo Tax. It made me pay for my State tax return that was to be free. What do I need to do to get a refund??

If you purchased a product that included a state return, and you e-filed your state return and they charged you for it, that is probably correct. Most products (CDs, at least) include the federal and one state RETURN and a federal E-FILE, but you have to pay if you want to E-FILE the state return.
