If you need to update your account information—such as phone number, email, password, or address:
Follow the steps below.
1.Sign in to Turbo Tax and select the Take me to my return button on the main screen.
2.Select Intuit Account on the left, and you'll see your Account Settings.
3.Select either Profile or Security depending on which options you want to update.
4.Select Edit next to the option(s) you want to change.
My email address is not showing up in Profile and under Security it is not letting me change my email address.
I no longer have access to the email address they are sending the code to...how can I get help updating my email address?
