If you file a separate return, you can claim an exemption for your spouse only if your spouse: Had no gross income, Is not filing a tax return, and Was not the dependent of another taxpayer. But, how do I enter this?

In the Personal Info section, claim Married, then answer "No" to "Do you want to file jointly with your spouse?" and then Continue.   Answer the "Let's See if any of these apply" questions and then Continue. When you get the follow up questions, check off the first 3, but not the fourth question (see screenshot)

Sorry, I figured it out. I would just have to do the print out and adjust.
