If you don't receive your W-2 by February 15th, you should have contacted the IRS at that time.

You can request an extension of time to file

go to www.irs.gov/payments and "Make a payment"
select Reason: Extension

Pay any amount ($5.00 will do) your approval is automatic

Make a note of your payment  amount so you can claim credit for that when you file.
