Why is turbotax including schedule C if I did no contract work in 2016?

I don't have a 1099 for 2016. But the program keeps taking me back to complete a Schedule C. The only business expenses I listed were for job search expenses. How can I bypass this?

If you did a year-over-year transfer, TurboTax would carry over your Schedule C. If you go to your Schedule C, you should be able to delete it.
