Why cant i complete the filing process with turbotax?

Is this the best support Intuit provides when the application will not finish the steps and gets locked up?

If you are stuck (such as the system will not advance), this is usually an internet connection issue or a computer issue. To fix this issue:

1. Log out of your Turbo Tax account.

2. Clear your cache, history and cookies.

3. Log back into your account. 

You can also try another browser after closing out of the one you are currently using.
