I continue to get the following error message when trying to efile. The Intuit Electronic Filing Center is unable to complete the transaction, please try again later.

The Intuit Electronic Filing Center is unable to complete the transaction, please try again later is the error message I receive when trying to e-file.  Person at Turbotax stated it could be because IRS is bogged down since it's tax day.  Help.
