If you are getting reject messages from the IRS it means that the IRS and the social security
administration have a mixup with your date of birth. You have to print
your return, mail it in, and then go to your local social security
office to get their records corrected.
If you are only getting a
program error, then there may be two different places with your DOB that
don't match, or you could have special characters or hidden characters
in the field (dashes, spaces, etc). You also can't use 11/24/95; it has
to be 11/24/1995.
Since turbotax online hides the detailed
internal forms and worksheets you may not be able to fix this yourself.
