If turbo tax is offering free state filing thru 3/15. why my payment page has a fee for the state. How do I get my stste return free?

The fee for a state return in the paid online editions is still 39.99.

The free state return advertised by the end of March 15 is for Free Edition users only.  The "Absolute Zero" promotion that provided them a free state return the past few weeks is expiring at the end of March 15.  After that date a state return in Free Edition will then be 29.99.
