If this is the case, you may be in the wrong account.  It is possible to have up to 5 accounts linked to the same email address.  I would first suggest checking for additional TurboTax accounts using the FAQ below:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302270

I filed in 2017 using Turbo tax. Now your site says it has no record. What's up?

I have filed with Turbo Tax for last 7 years. Now, it can not find ANY of my previous returns. Please investigate and resolve this problem so I can proceed with 2018 return.
