Claim son and daughter in law as dependents. He made $7040 she made $5301. do they have to file? If so, they will owe cause I claimed them. Correct?

don't think either W4 for them was correct, very little taxes taken out(24 and 190).  If he has to file, can he file by himself or must he include her.

If they are not full time students under the age of 24 you cannot claim them as dependents since their gross income is $4,050 or more.
