I had to buy new batteries (6) 2 new tires & 1 electrical repair,can this be deducted?

If the vehicle is used 100% for business use, then these are repair and maintenance costs of the vehicle (cart) and are deductible.

You cannot be an employee and must be the owner of the business to take this deduction.
