If the pay with return option is not available what does that mean?

Only option is to pay with card before couple days ago the option was there then I got a 20 percent discount referral and now the option to pay with refund is not there at all I still don't fully understand how I couldn't pay with return before considering the return amount exceeded all fees

Some customers are experiencing issues when trying to file but are looped back instead of being able to proceed and file.  We are currently investigating this issue. We will notify you once the program is updated.

Let us know if you are still having issues.  I would recommend updating your software and trying again.  

• If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please log into your program and select Online, Check for updates in the top menu.
• If you are using TurboTax Online, please log out of the program, clear your cache, and then log back in.  This should allow you to proceed with transmitting your return.
